Driven is operated by Driven OS LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We produce founder and expert to camera content, run Meta advertising, and build the automation that answers and follows up on leads.
[FOR COUNSEL] We collect data the visitor or client gives us directly (name, email, phone, company, message content) and a small set of standard server logs (IP address, browser, page path, referrer). When you book a call, the booking is handled by our scheduling provider and stored in their system.
[FOR COUNSEL] To respond to inquiries, to schedule and conduct diagnostic calls, to deliver and operate the services we have agreed with a client, and to maintain the integrity and security of the site. We do not sell visitor data.
[FOR COUNSEL] Footage, photography, and any material a client gives us for a shoot are held for the purpose of producing and delivering that work. Finished work is delivered to the client. We show selected pieces publicly as portfolio work only where the client has agreed to it.
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. SOC 2 Type II compliant platform infrastructure. HIPAA Business Associate Agreements available for engagements that handle protected health information. Full security and compliance overview available on request.
