Driven OS is operated by Driven OS LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We build AI departments for growing businesses, primarily in legal, financial services, real estate, and insurance.
[FOR COUNSEL] We collect data the visitor or client gives us directly (name, email, phone, company, message content) and a small set of standard server logs (IP address, browser, page path, referrer). When you book a call, the booking is handled by our scheduling provider and stored in their system.
[FOR COUNSEL] To respond to inquiries, to schedule and conduct diagnostic calls, to deliver and operate the services we have agreed with a client, and to maintain the integrity and security of the site. We do not sell visitor data.
[FOR COUNSEL] Data about a client's leads, cases, or customers stays in the client's dedicated workspace on the platforms we integrate with (for example, GHL, Filevine, Clio, MyCase, CASEpeer, Litify, Salesforce, Wealthbox, Redtail, AMS360, EZLynx, HawkSoft, Applied). Jesco operates as the intelligence layer across these systems and does not store client records as its source of truth.
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest. SOC 2 Type II compliant platform infrastructure. HIPAA Business Associate Agreements available for engagements that handle protected health information. Full security and compliance overview available on request.
