[FOR COUNSEL] By using thedrivenos.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms cover the marketing site and any free resources here. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written master services agreement and statement of work.
Plans start with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends without being charged.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription at the price shown for your plan. Your card is charged on the day the trial ends, and then monthly on the same date. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.
You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge. If you cancel after a monthly charge, your plan stays active until the end of that paid month, and you will not be charged again after that.
Payments are non-refundable, including monthly charges after the trial and charges that occur because a trial was not cancelled in time, except where a refund is required by law.
Each plan includes set limits on seats, contacts, and messaging or AI usage. Usage above your plan's included limits may incur additional charges, which will be shown before they apply.
[FOR COUNSEL] No scraping, no automated abuse, no attempts to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, no use of the site to defame, defraud, harass, or break the law.
[FOR COUNSEL] The Driven OS name, the Jesco name, the agent names (Nova, Sage, Onyx, Echo), the wordmark, and the design system on this site are owned by Driven OS LLC. Nothing in these terms grants a license to use them.
The site uses third-party services for scheduling, AI processing, and analytics. Their terms and privacy notices apply to data they handle. The privacy notice lists the integrations we rely on.
[FOR COUNSEL] The site is provided as is. Marketing copy, including case studies and performance numbers, describes real engagements but is not a guarantee of any specific outcome for a different firm. Engagement guarantees, where offered, are governed by the written agreement for that engagement.
[FOR COUNSEL] These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
