[FOR COUNSEL] By using thedrivenos.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms cover the marketing site and any free resources here. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written master services agreement and statement of work.
The Core and Premium packages are monthly. The rate shown for each package covers the deliverables listed with it for that month. Shoots are scheduled with you and take place at a location we agree.
Reels beyond the number included in your package are 40 OMR each. Scheduling and posting is available as an add-on. Any additional work is agreed with you before it is produced.
One-off projects, bulk shoots and bespoke productions are quoted individually. The scope, timeline and fee for a project are set out in writing before work begins.
The payment schedule, any deposit, the start date, and the notice required to pause or end a monthly package are set out in the written agreement for your engagement. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable law.
[FOR COUNSEL] No scraping, no automated abuse, no attempts to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, no use of the site to defame, defraud, harass, or break the law.
[FOR COUNSEL] The Driven name, the wordmark, and the design system on this site are owned by Driven OS LLC. Nothing in these terms grants a license to use them.
The site uses third-party services for scheduling, messaging, and content hosting. Their terms and privacy notices apply to data they handle.
[FOR COUNSEL] The site is provided as is. Marketing copy, including case studies and performance numbers, describes real engagements but is not a guarantee of any specific outcome for a different firm. Engagement guarantees, where offered, are governed by the written agreement for that engagement.
[FOR COUNSEL] These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
